Three schools, in context.

A number on its own tells you nothing: 19:1 is crowded for a microschool and roomy for a high school. Each school's size, cost, and ratio are placed against all 225 schools on our list.

How the test comparison works: percentages are the share of students meeting or exceeding grade level on the state SBAC assessment. The average and rank are computed only from the public schools in the Primerly database that publish scores (Portland Public Schools plus charters, magnets, and neighboring districts we track), and the pool differs by subject (108 schools report ELA and Math, 98 report Science), which is why each rank names its own denominator. This is not a statewide Oregon average, and private and portfolio-assessment schools are excluded because they do not take the same test. Figures come from the school itself unless noted; public-school enrollment and performance figures come from the Oregon Department of Education. Hours, care windows, and deadlines change year to year, so confirm anything decision-critical with the office before you count on it.Figures come from the school itself unless noted; public-school figures come from the Oregon Department of Education.
