West Hills Montessori runs AMI Montessori classrooms on 2 campuses: Toddler and Primary in Lake Oswego, and Primary plus Elementary through Grade 6 on SW Vermont Street in Portland. Every lead guide holds an AMI diploma for their age level.

Toddlers (from 15 months) learn in a 12-child room with 3 adults; Primary classes (ages 3–6, which includes kindergarten) average about 25 children with a guide and an assistant, and 5- and 6-year-olds stay for the full-day Extended Day year.

Elementary groups (ages 6–12) run 25 to 30 with a guide and 1 to 2 assistants, studying geography, biology, history, and math through long work cycles, with an emphasis on planning and organizing their own work, plus Going Out trips and overnight experiences. Specialists add Spanish for Elementary, music for Primary, and drama.

The school asks for consistent 5-day attendance (Toddlers can choose 4 days), offers afternoon care and a June–July summer program, and hosts Montessori Northwest teacher-training practicum students each year.
