St. Thomas More is a PreK–8 parish school in Portland's West Hills with one class per grade, accredited by WCEA through 2031. Literacy is the instructional backbone: the early grades use Wilson Fundations and Heggerty phonemic awareness with Orton-Gillingham methods layered in, and progress is tracked with Renaissance STAR and DIBELS.

A Learning Resource Program staffed by learning specialists follows a Multi-Tiered System of Support model. Every student uses a school-owned iPad, and middle schoolers add 3D printing, coding, vinyl cutting, and digital citizenship. Middle school math runs from ratios in 6th grade to algebra in 8th, with an accelerated option, and science follows the Next Generation Science Standards.

Specialists teach art, music, PE and health, technology, library, and Spanish. Faith is daily practice: 8th graders lead a morning assembly with prayer, and religion classes move through the Old Testament, the Gospels, and Church history in grades 6–8.

Through Project HOPE, every grade partners with a community organization for the year, from Meals on Wheels placemats in kindergarten to Oregon Food Bank shifts in 7th grade. The school states that all full-time teachers hold master's degrees.
