St. Stephen’s Academy is a classical Christian day school serving PreK–12 across two campuses: the Lower School (PreK–5) in Beaverton and the Upper School (6–12) on NW Cornell Rd. in Portland. Learning follows the classical trivium (Grammar, Logic, Rhetoric) so foundations are laid in the early grades and then sharpened through formal logic, Latin, Singapore Math, scientific method, and proof writing in the middle years, culminating in rhetoric-stage work that emphasizes clear thinking and persuasive communication in high school. From K–4th grade they offer a specific "hybrid" track called Covenant Classical Academy which offers a unique collaborative model, combining classroom learning on Tuesdays and Thursdays with guided home education on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
As a classical Christian program, courses are framed by the pursuit of truth, goodness, and beauty, with school-wide habits that form character alongside academics. The school describes itself as Protestant and confessionally Reformed, and it welcomes families from other traditions who support that confession. Families will also find a simple uniform culture to keep the school day focused, and an OSAA-member athletics program. The school is accredited by ACCS, SCL, and Middle States (MSA), underscoring its commitment to this model from the earliest grades through graduation.
Tuition: $5,520 – $15,300 (2026–27 range)

Official PPS lottery results, 2025-26 & 2026-27 combined: offers made ÷ families still in the running (offered + waitlisted); applications cancelled for a higher-ranked school excluded. pps.net › prior transfer data. Slots reset every year.
