Faubion's rebuilt campus was designed as a PK–8 where academics and wraparound supports live under one roof. The '3 to PhD®' model was built around co-located wraparound services, and that DNA persists: an on-site Trillium Family Services prevention specialist, a Wraparound Services Coordinator running a food pantry and clothing closet, and family advocates in the Early Learning Center. The Early Learning Center also houses PPS's only Native Montessori classroom, a mixed-age program for Indigenous PreK and Kindergarten students that weaves Montessori methods with Indigenous cultural teachings and values.

Grade-level teams run clear routines for reading, writing, and math, then layer in art, dance (rare in PPS), music, a makerspace, and STEAM classes; flexible commons and breakout rooms make it easy to run intervention/enrichment blocks during the day. Younger students benefit from consistent spaces and faces year to year, while middle-grade students find leadership roles, electives, and service opportunities that prepare them for high school. The overall feel is modern, calm, and community-centered, lots of light, lots of visibility, and programs that extend beyond dismissal.
